about me (an informal section of the overand site)

    Overand is essentially a one man project, although I'm certainly interested in adding more people, given they're in the right location.  If you're interested, follow the "Contact" link and we'll talk.
    I used to be a programmer by hobby, and it's been impossible for me to shake off the whole "computer nerd" thing.  So computers will always be a part of my music.  That's just expected.  I write a bit too, but I always end up writing miserable science fiction.  Very little of my writing is available online, maybe that will change in the future.  My main "artistic" endeavor is music.  As you can probably tell, I have trouble finishing music.  I think work likes being incomplete.  Sometimes I think my incomplete songs are more real, since I didn't force them to conclude themselves.  That sounds stupid.
    I live in New England, and spend time in New York, but certainly not the city.  I don't like cities too much;  large groups of people don't really interest me.
